The Journal of Professional Secretaries and Office Administrators (JOPSOA) is a multi-disciplinary research-based journal of the Chartered Institute of Professional Secretarial Staff of Nigeria (CIPSSON), published annually. JOPSOA is a double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal that focuses on sharing peer-reviewed innovative ideas. The journal is currently accepting well-researched empirical and conceptual papers from scholars across different institutions/organizations around the world for possible publication in its 2024 edition.
